CampusLayer Compliance · Planned

Keep agreements, approvals, and compliance evidence organized.

Compliance is the planned tenant-private center for signed agreements, provider reviews, policy acknowledgments, renewal dates, and audit evidence. It complements the public CampusLayer security and privacy disclosures.

Who it is for

District privacy, legal, procurement, technology, and school administrators.

Document inventory

Track executed DPAs, addenda, terms, PDF originals or trusted references, versions, and signatories.

Review and renewals

Make integration approval scope, review status, owners, and expiration dates visible to authorized staff.

Policy evidence

Connect governance records to audit trails and, eventually, to enforced capability restrictions.

How it fits into CampusLayer

  1. STEP 1An authorized administrator adds or links validated agreements and policy evidence.
  2. STEP 2The organization records scope, reviewers, status, dates, and version history.
  3. STEP 3Future policy integrations may use approval state to allow or suspend covered operations.

Current scope and safeguards

The tenant Compliance Center and contract-driven automatic enforcement are planned. A document's presence does not establish legal compliance. No certification is implied. For currently published policies and agreements, see the existing legal and student privacy pages.

All access is subject to provider permissions and institutional approval. Review our student privacy disclosure.
